What Yomeru processes
We process account information, subscription status, reading documents you choose to upload, vocabulary and review activity, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Why
This data is used to provide authentication, assisted reading, dictionary and study features, billing, support, abuse prevention, and privacy-conscious product measurement.
Service providers
Yomeru relies on infrastructure, authentication, payment, and OCR providers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Yomeru.
Your reading content
Your documents and learning history are private to your account unless a future sharing feature clearly asks you to share them. Analytics events must not contain document text, selected Japanese text, dictionary queries, or email addresses.
Deletion and retention
You can delete your account from Settings. Yomeru removes account content while retaining only limited billing audit information required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
